Tree Reservation
We will continue our very popular Pre-Season tree reservation this year but will scale it back from prior years' levels.
2023 Pre-Season Hours - BY APPOINTMENT ONLY!
Nov 4th - Nov 13th (Friday-Monday) 11am - 4:30pm (last appointment is at 3:45)
Nov 23th Closed for Thanksgiving
There will be NO reservations accepted after Nov. 13th.
Reservation Process
When you arrive for your tree reservation appointment, we will make up a reservation card for you and provide flagging tape to mark your tree. You may bring your own decorations as well. (Please make sure they are waterproof and clean them up when you cut your tree). When you decide on a tree, you will remove the price stub from the tree and bring it back to the barn. The stub has tree location information which will be recorded on the reservation card. You pay for your tree in advance. If you desire, you can pay an extra $30 for us to cut down your tree, shake it, bale it and have it ready for you to pick up on the date you indicate. Note - we have limited slots to accept cutting requests. If we don't have openings to cut your tree, you can cut it yourself or change your pick-up date.
Reserved trees can be picked up through Sunday, December 10th. You will need to schedule an appointment to pick up your reserved tree to insure we can spread out the customers throughout the season. Appointments are optional the last weekend (Dec 8-10) but recommended.
Note: Sometimes people ask if they can cut their tree during the pre-season. While we generally don't recommend keeping cut trees in a warm house for this long and really try to discourage it, sometimes the situation calls for it. If you need to cut your tree during the pre-season, just let us know when you arrive so we can provide correct instructions and have our equipment ready to bale your tree.
