Welcome to the Lochsloy Acres Christmas Tree Farm where finding the perfect tree for your holiday enjoyment helps create wonderful family memories.
We are a Snohomish County U-Cut Christmas tree farm. We are centrally located between Everett, Marysville, Arlington, Granite Falls, Snohomish, and Lake Stevens.
We have 15 fairly level acres with thousands of trees to choose from. Our tree selection includes Nobles, Nordmann, Fraser, Grands and Doug firs. We tag and price each tree individually. The trees vary in size from 6'-11'.
All trees are shaken to dislodge any loose needles before you take your tree home. Tree baling is included to make it easy to transport and set up your tree. Tree disposal bags are available for sale to make the post holiday clean-up a snap.
Between the first Saturday in November and the day before Thanksgiving, you can reserve your tree any day (except Tuesday) between 11am and 4:30pm. See the Before Thanksgiving Days/Hours tab for more details.
AFTER Thanksgiving until Dec 13th, we'll be open for reserved tree pick-up only. At this point, we don't plan to sell any more trees after Thanksgiving. We'll be open 9am - 4pm on weekends, including the day after Thanksgiving, and 11am-4:30pm on weekdays (except Tuesday).
We accept cash, checks, Visa and MasterCard debit or credit.
The barn will not be available for congregating. There will be no displays or hot drinks and no seating areas. Our NO PETS policy is still in effect. Please leave your four footed friends home. We will still provide bow saws. We do not allow chainsaws or axes but reciprocating saws are OK. Bring your own gloves.
Sorry but we can't accommodate photographers. Lundeen Park and the Centennial Trail are nearby and have lovely backdrops for your clients' Christmas pictures with plenty of parking.
